FEQ and Returns

Shipping Processing: 

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays.

All in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.

 
Priority Shipping - Rush Orders 

Please allow between 1-3 business days once you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Additional Shipping Fees may apply for Rush Orders.

 
Calculating Shipping Costs

Place your order, and select the shipping destination, your shopping cart will reflect your shipping cost 

International shipping costs vary and are subject to Customs Duty. Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Duty taxes are customer responsibility.

 
Tracking Your Package:

To track your order, review the shipping confirmation email for the Tracking Number, and enter the tracking number at  www.USPS.com.

   

Shipping Returns & Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly offer our Customers an exchange within 14 days of purchase.  To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and unaltered, with all tags attached. Jewelry, lingerie, and bathing suits are final sale. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order. Received date will be determined by original shipping tracking number.

 After we receive your return, we will review the items, and send you an email with your Merchandise Credit. Merchandise Credits do not expire, you will be able to use it towards any future purchase. Regular shipping fees apply towards exchange order.

Something Else Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages will have a tracking number issued and will be processed to address provided by customer. Please Double check information entered is correct for shipping purposes.

 

Quality is a focus at Something Else Boutique. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. Zippers are tested to ensure they are working properly. We are not responsible for Stress tears on seams of items fitting too snug or damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects.
